- Promoted from pen attendant to Pen Supervisor, overseeing operations for over 12,000 birds.
- Gained experience in obtaining hands-on experience at one of the largest, most productive farms in Southeast Nigeria, collaborating and learning from knowledgeable supervisors and mentors.
- Played a pivotal role in the professional development of farm attendants, sharing valuable agricultural knowledge.
- Might sound humorous, but the first two flights taken were sponsored by Petros Farms for training and development purposes
